Paradise Bay

A small sheltered sandy bay on the point of Malta’s north coast, an ideal place to visit for any would-be beach lover. A great place as a base to explore the Island either by car, ramble around the local coast and countryside or catch the local ferry to the sister island of Gozo.

WHY VISIT PARADISE BAY

Located on the northern point of Malta, Paradise Bay is a popular attraction with its small sheltered sandy bay and turquoise waters, a lot of day trippers stop by here as it is a great location for any beach goer. The bay has a number of facilities and concessions, but we recommend heading out early to get the best spots as it can get quite busy.

Paradise Bay Malta is also the joining point to Malta’s sister island, Gozo. The ferry terminal providing passage from Malta to Gozo is located here so if you plan to explore both Malta and Gozo then Paradise Bay could be a great base for your holiday.

Another good reason to stay in Paradise Bay is the walking. If you want to discover the Malta countryside on foot, then there are not too many better places for rambling in Malta than Paradise Bay. Its open coastal spaces and countryside will provide some amazing scenery and views when walking in Malta.

There is not much here in terms of shops and entertainment, for these surroundings you can pick almost any resort going down the eastern side of Malta such as St Pauls Bay, Qawra, Bugibba and Sliema.
