  • What are YourHolidays opening hours?

    Your Holidays opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Our online website is available to book 24/7.

  • What is included in a package holiday?

    A package holiday typically consists of a flight (including taxes) and accommodation. Optional extra’s are available such as transfers, excursions plus flight additions such as but not limited to seats, additional luggage etc.


    The general definition of a package holiday is when you purchase a combination of at least two or more types of travel services which can include transport, accommodation and car hire for the same holiday or trip.

  • Is YourHolidays.co.uk ATOL protected?

    Yes, YourHolidays.co.uk are ATOL members, our ATOL number is 5933.

  • Am I protected when I book with YourHolidays.co.uk?

    You can rest at ease when you book with YourHolidays.co.uk that your flight inclusive package booking and monies are secure. 


    YourHolidays.co.uk are ATOL members and our flight inclusive packaged holidays are ATOL protected. 


    ATOL holiday protection covers package holidays sold by UK travel companies. ATOL protected package holidays usually include a flight, accommodation, car hire/transport. 



    As a YourHolidays.co.uk customer, comprehensive protection offered by the European Package Travel Regulations also applies to you. These Regulations entitle you, amongst other things, to assistance, price reduction, compensation and refunds in various scenarios.

  • Do I need holiday insurance when travelling abroad?

    We absolutely recommend purchasing travel insurance for any holiday booking. We recommend purchasing, if you have not already, travel insurance as soon as you have made your holiday booking.

  • What are my passport requirements for travelling abroad? Is my passport valid for travel?

    All travel documents such as passports and visas are the responsibility of the passenger. For passport information please visit https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice

  • When do I receive my flight tickets or travel documentation?

    All travel documentation will be provided to you 2-4 weeks prior to travel. All ticket information and instructions will be provided with your travel documentation.

  • Are middle names required on my holiday booking?

    Middle names are not required, however, your first and surname must be spelt correctly and match your travel documentation. 

  • Do I need a Visa to travel?

    Currently British nationals do not require a visa to travel to Europe (correct as of Feb 2022). It is your responsibility to check you have the correct and required documentation for travel. We recommend you check with the relevant consulate/embassy if you are unsure or the government website for more information: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice 

  • Is luggage included with my flight?

    Most flights include the seat ticket only and you have an option to choose how much luggage. All luggage inclusions or options will be provided to you at the time of booking online or over the phone and displayed on your booking confirmation.

  • Do you have to pay any taxes when I arrive at my destination?

    Most countries do charge a local tax on arrival. This is normally a minimal fee which must be paid by each traveller on arrival.


    Charges do vary between countries, do check the charges before arrival or contact us for more information.

  • How do I make a payment on my booking?

     You can contact our sales team by phone. 

  • Can I amend my booking?

    You can amend your booking, most changes can be made up to 7 days prior to departure, any charges from third parties will apply. To amend your booking please email us with your amendment request.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    You can cancel your booking at any time. Most cancellations will incur a loss if desposit and additional cancellation fees subject to date of cancellation. Please visit our terms and conditions for a full breakdown of cancellation charges.

  • What should I do if I have a special requirement or medical condition?

    Any person with a special request or medical requirements must contact our reservation staff to advise of any requirements. We recommend that you contact us before booking so we can ensure and provide the best service possible to help you get your request or requirement confirmed. We cannot guarantee any special request or requirements made after the time of booking. .

  • Can I take mobility aids on the aircraft? Can I take mobility aids in the hotel?

    Each airline allows carriage of mobility aids but each airline has individual rules. Some accommodations may charge a fee for the charging of any electrical equipment such as mobility scooters and some accommodation may not be suitable for wheelchair users or mobility scooters.
